Green Eggs

Hoping to lure my inner child into a Green Eggs and, well, toasted pita wedges... and it was not working.
I had a great idea to use avocado and herbs to create the greenness, but something happened in that combo, something that I'd rather not repeat again.  Ate them for lack on anything else at work, but not "good".  Avocado doesn't have that much flavor, but with the egg yolks, and mayo, and whatnots, it was gagable to my palette.

It were a good idea in theory...
