Vegetable Pad Thai, sounds good for you, huh?
Then I peered at the back of the package... 520 calories for this 10oz. serving of noodles and sauce, with tiny bits of tofu, a few green onion shavings, and loads of oil... (and not the good kind either).
Total saturated fat weighing in at 40% of a human's daily quota... and, how did it taste you ask? Well, the flavor is quite nice, zippy, but not too spicy... but OILY on the tongue.
So here it is, in all it's gloopy glory...
Needless to say my guilty conscience took over and I ended up throwing 1/2 of this in the garbage.
A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
